Our experience with Walmer Group has been great! We’ve previously worked with a couple of R&D companies but there are some things that are important us, that Walmer achieved. Firstly, the team showing confidence in the claim by conducting technical and financial calls, as well as acknowledging HMRC’s process, has given me the affirmation that the team has an understanding of what is or isn’t enough. The due diligence they carry out gives me the assurance that the team knows what they are dealing with. Throughout the process, there were lots of team members involved, proactive updates, chasing HMRC, and instant responses. Since my time with Walmer Group, they have given me an awareness of what’s going on in the R&D world through their involvement with the HMRC committee as well as having an ex-HMRC inspector [Graham] as part of the team. All in all, I am very happy with their service and would recommend Walmer to anyone looking to accelerate their business growth.
